My name is Anastasia, (the baker 👩🏻🍳) and I created MELIBY to share some of my Greek delights with you! I am a wife and a mommy of two! I love to bake and try new recipes, both sweet and savory. I am based in Baltimore County, Maryland and I bake out of my home kitchen under cottage food laws.
At MELIBY, I specialize in Greek Handmade Delights from tsourekia, koulourakia, melomakarona, kourabiedes, vasilopites and more... and recently I’m trying out non greek recipes as well! For example, cinnamon rolls and stuffed doughnuts!
