Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of our desserts, we cannot accept returns for refunds unless there is a clear quality issue with your order.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos of the issue to arrange a replacement or partial refund.
No refunds will be given for desserts that are simply not to your taste.
For order cancellations, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to delivery/pick up to receive a full refund; cancellations made after this window may be subject to a partial refund based on the stage of preparation.
We are not liable for any damages incurred during shipping by the carrier. The shorter the duration the package spends in the carrier's possession, the better, as it reduces the likelihood of it being mishandled or subjected to multiple transfers. We suggest you choose a faster shipping option.
