Lagana (bread)

Lagana is a flat-bread similar to foccacia and it is traditionally baked on Clean Monday- Kathari Deutera, which is the first day of Great Lent before Easter. 

Eat it with your favorite dip: Hummus, Taramosalta, Melitzanosalata
